Many nonprofit and social-profit organizations are under financial pressure. Grants are becoming less predictable, fundraising requires more effort, reserves are under scrutiny, and cash flow planning is more important than ever. On paper, the organization may appear to be in good shape, but the bank account is a cause for concern.

That's why we're organizing a new S&L event on Thursday, September 3, about financial Strategy for Nonprofit Organizations .

We don’t approach accounting just for the sake of accounting. We view finances as a lever for impact, strategic decisions, and sustainable organizational development. How do you translate impact into value? Which economic model aligns with your mission? How sound is your financial structure? And how do you manage this on a daily basis without letting finance remain a technical silo?

During this event, we’ll bring together directors, coordinators, board members, and other leaders from civil society organizations. It’s an opportunity for inspiration, but also to share experiences regarding the question that’s coming up in more and more boardrooms: how can we keep working, become more independent, and ensure our survival?
