We ourselves are the system that limits us

Wiebe has been amazed for years about the mismatch between the living and the system world. So few people seem to realize that they themselves contribute to the system and therefore allow themselves to be limited.

In addition to his work for S&L Impact, Wiebe is co-founder and director of Transformers in Youth Care. He practices what he preaches : he helps young people who have experienced youth care themselves to bring about a fundamental change in the sector. Each in his or her own unique way, with the aim of making things better for children who are currently dealing with youth care. He also makes podcasts and can be deployed as chairman and keynote speaker, where he can draw on his extensive experience in the sector: from strategy to management to practice.

His experience in youth care is a blueprint that he applies throughout the public and social domain. Wiebe helps directors and teams not to get stuck in their own rules, but to rediscover what really works for the people involved.
