As a clinical psychologist, Veronica learned to look for the roots of problems. But in fact, she much prefers digging for solutions. And she has been doing just that for fifteen years now, for organizations and the people who work in them or lead them. If she has a choice, she prefers organizations that look beyond their own annual turnover.

Veronica knows how to invest in a team and reap the benefits as an organization. She believes in nourishing and challenging people. Making sure they feel good and are well paid. Because she has no illusions about that: the feeling that you are saving the world is not enough to live on.
