Bér began his career in Amsterdam's underground music scene and still feels most at home on the fringes and in the undercurrents of society. With 15 years of experience as a strategist, communications adviser and lobbyist, he knows better than most how to make your organisation or cause relevant to society and put it on the political agenda.

Both professionally and in his spare time, Bér has advised dozens of executives, directors, political candidates and social movements, providing strategy, guidance and practical support.

He believes that a diversity of tactics is what changes the world. From constructive policy advocacy to high impact campaigns and direct action, Bér knows how to identify the most effective approach for your organisation. He also draws inspiration and insights from beyond the social sector to help organisations succeed.

After all, turning a small group of five friends into one of the world's leading music organisations taught him just as much about building movements and campaigning as helping to organise the largest housing protests in the Netherlands.
