S&L expands its offering with strategic ambiguity

S&L, a consultancy for the cultural and social sector, announces a new service: strategic ambiguity.

With this expansion, S&L is responding to a real need in the field. Anyone familiar with the cultural and social sector knows that ambiguity is not a marginal phenomenon but a structural reality. Organizations operate in fields of tension between diverse stakeholders, political expectations, and internal dynamics. Clear positioning rarely resolves that. Strategically embedded room for interpretation sometimes does.

What exactly this service entails will be communicated later.

S&L has been supporting organizations for years with issues related to positioning, strategy, and policy. The new service is a logical extension of that.

The offering includes, among other things, support in formulating objectives that allow for multiple interpretations, the development of narratives that are readable for diverse audiences, and an audit of existing policy texts and communications in which unwanted clarity is identified and corrected.

Also available: facilitating stakeholder processes in which convergence is visible without anything having been formally decided.

The rates will be communicated later.
